2009 Cabernet Sauvignon

The Brander Vineyard was one of the first to plant Cabernet Sauvignon vines in the Santa Ynez Valley. We continue the tradition by combining fruit from several vineyards in the Santa Ynez Valley. This particuliar wine show hints of dried fruit, spice and red cherries. It still has great acidity that will help it pair nicely with rich foods such as duck, peppery steaks and cured meats.
