to the Brander Vineyard - one of the original vineyards in Santa
Ynez Valley and producer of world-class Sauvignon Blanc wines
in a variety of styles, as well as small quantities of hand-crafted
Bordeaux-style red wines. The success of your event is very important

Events
Brander Vineyard is a site-only operation for events.
It is the responsibility of the Host to provide all food and rentals
through an outside caterer. Guest arrival for a wedding is no earlier
than 5pm and events can be held any day of the week. Set-up can begin
after noon, or as determined in advance by management.
Capacity
Seated - 120 maximum
Cocktail reception - 150 maximum
Availability
Inquire for available dates. We are unable to book
events during holiday weekends.
Deposit
A refundable deposit of 50% of the site fee is
required to secure your reservation. All final fees are due the day
of the event. Deposits will be applied towards the final bill.
Equipment
Rentals and Supplies
The Brander Vineyard has 8 picnic tables and 5
round tables with umbrellas for your event. It is the responsibility
of the host to make arrangements for all rentals such as tables,
chairs, plates, flatware, linen, and heaters. Rentals may be delivered
only on the day of or day before the event and must be removed from
the facility no later than the following business day.
Catering
Caterers must be approved by Brander Vineyard
prior to the event. The Brander Vineyard will provide a list of approved
caterers which is included in our catering packet. Deposits and fees
are paid directly to the caterer. The caterer is responsible to oversee
the event set-up, food service and break down of all rentals and
should be scheduled by the client.
Wine
and Beverages
Brander wines are served exclusively. Billing is
based on consumption, and a 20% discount is given on the purchase
of wine listed on the current tasting room wine list, subject to
some restrictions. Caterers with appropriate licensing may provide
beer for your guests. All licensing must be faxed to Brander Vineyard
prior to event. Caterers are responsible for providing all non-alcoholic
beverages.
Insurance
Client agrees to obtain a one-day Special Events
policy naming Brander Vineyard as an additional insured. Written
proof of said coverage shall be furnished to Brander Vineyard thirty
days prior to the event. The policy shall have minimum liability
coverage of $1,000,000.
Required
Wedding Coordinator
For wedding ceremony and receptions held on property,
Brander Vineyard requires the use of a wedding coordinator. Coordinator
services are not included in the site fee, but are required for weddings
held on property.
Staffing
Service staff should be contracted through the
caterer. Brander Vineyard will provide two staff member in a supervisory
capacity for every 75 guests.
